with single or multiple cable wire (warp wire ) and straight rod
(weft wire), the cable wire create flexibility, while the rod
provide stability for the metal mesh.
This structure allows the material to stretch while maintaining the
same plane stiffness in the other. The material has unlimited
durability, can bear the stress and deformation without damage. The
H-Type mesh cable and rod combination mesh is widely used in large
facades and wall cladding installations.
We can offer H-Type cable and rod combination mesh in the standard
specifications, the opening sizes range from 2 mm x 1 mm to 100 mm
x 10 mm, while cable diameters range from 0.45 mm to 3 mm, and rod
diameter is between 0.5 and 4 mm, the manufactured width is up to 8
m. The wire mesh is commonly constructed with materials of
stainless steel ,brass, phosphor bronze. Stainless steel material
has the best reflectivity and durability, so we mainly use
stainless steel material.
