100 mesh stainless steel wire mesh (also named stainless steel wire
cloth )is one of the stainless steel wire mesh products that our
factory often produces, and we usually stock a large amount of
stock. If the production process of plain weave is used, the
suitable stainless steel wire diameter is 0.09mm, 0.1mm, 0.11mm. If
the twill weave is adopted, the suitable stainless steel wire
diameter is 0.12mm. The advantage of twill weave is that thicker
wire diameters can be used for the same mesh number. The stainless
steel wire mesh woven in this way has a thicker mesh surface and is
more durable. But relatively speaking, the filtering accuracy of
twill weave is not as good as plain weave.
