Knitted Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

Stainless steel knitted mesh is manufactured by a circular knitting
machine, use stainlesss steel wire as raw material, knitting
monofilament or multifilament wire into a tubular form. Then the
wire mesh be flattened to mesh rolls, and can be also supplied in
corrugated (crimped) form. This production process produces an
extremely strong and flexible sleeve composed of a series of
interlocking rings. It can be made of monofilament or
multifilament.
Monofilament knitted mesh is the most commonly used type and can be
used for general applications, while multifilament woven mesh has
higher strength and bearing capacity and can be used for heavy
applications. Stainless steel knitted wire mesh are most commonly
used in the filtration & separation industries and EMI & RFI
shielding industries.
We can offer stainless steel knitted wire mesh in the standard
specifications, opening sizes range from 1 mm x 1 mm to 10 mm x 10
mm, while wire diameters range from 0.10 mm to 0.45 mm. Depending
on the specification, and the manufactured width is between 3 mm
and 600 mm. The standard materials are Grade 304 and Grade 316
stainless steel.
